Important Information for Your Customer!
Your financing request has been approved and you’re now ready to begin your service. When payment for your service is due, your provider will request payment and we will pay them directly. LendingPoint will update your interest rate start date and first payment date based on when your provider requests payment.
LendingPoint will service your financing until it is paid in full. Over the next few weeks you will receive various email, SMS, and mail communications from LendingPoint. If you do not receive any communications from LendingPoint within the next 2 weeks, please contact us at 888.969.0959 or customerservice@lendingpoint.com to make sure that we have the correct contact information for you on file.
You will receive payment reminders beginning 10 days prior to your actual payment due date. To ensure that you don’t miss a payment we suggest you enroll in autopay. If you haven’t already signed up for autopay, it is easy to do by calling customer service at 888.969.0959. You can also make payments in the customer portal at customerportal.lendingpoint.com.
