Great news! A customer has selected their payment and signed their agreement. They are now READY TO FUND and you can transfer the loan proceeds to your account.
- Click READY TO FUND on the side navigation bar.
- Select the customer that you want to request funding for.
- Once you see the application details, in the STEPS TO FUND navigation section, click FUND.
- Once you request funds, you will be asked whether the person receiving the goods or services is different from the borrower. Select the appropriate answer.
- If the person receiving the service is different than the borrower, you will be asked to enter their information.
- Enter the amount that you are requesting be funded.
- Confirm you are ready for us to transfer the proceeds by clicking FUND.
- That’s it! The funds will be transferred to your account. The loan status will be changed to FUNDED.
