STATUS EXPLANATION Pending Approval Your customer has completed an application and met our minimum credit requirements, however there are still a few remaining steps for them to be approved for financing. We may need to confirm that the applicant is not on a consumer watch list or verify their identification, or they may need to provide documents if they have requested a loan amount over $10,000 or return their signed contract. You will be able to see which items are not completed based on the icons at the top of the Merchant Portal screen when reviewing their application record. Ready to Fund The application has been approved. You can request that the loan funds be deposited into your account. Awaiting Fulfillment You have submitted a transaction for split funding and are waiting for the service or product to be fulfilled before the funds are dispersed. Expired The application has expired. The customer can easily start again. Click the reapply button within the expired customer file to send a pre-filled application. Canceled You or the customer has canceled the application. Not Qualified The customer does not have financing options available with LendingPoint.
