  • Our affiliates include companies with a LendingPoint name and financial companies such as LendingPoint Funding I 2017- LLC; LendingPoint 2018-1 SPE Trust; and LendingPoint 2018 Funding Trust.
Nonaffiliates Companies not related by common ownership or control. They can be financial and nonfinancial companies.

  • LendingPoint LLC does not share with nonaffiliates so they can market to you.
Joint marketing A formal agreement between nonaffiliated financial companies that together market financial products or services to you.
